The Stagg EKG Pro is the kettle serious home brewers end up with sooner or later. You can set any temperature from 40°C to 100°C, and it holds there. Guide Mode gives you presets for different coffee styles and teas, so there’s no guesswork. Hold Mode keeps your water at temperature for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, for when the morning gets away from you.
The clever bits go further. You can schedule it to have water ready at a set time, so it’s hot before you’re downstairs. Pre-Boil brings water to a full boil first before dropping to your target. You can turn the ready chime up, down or off. Firmware updates come over WiFi, so it keeps improving.
And then there’s the pour. The gooseneck spout gives you the slow, precise flow that pour-over needs. It’s built from 304 stainless steel, in a matte black finish that looks sharp on any counter.
