Located in the south of Minas Gerais, the farm Santa Izabel has always been recognized for the high quality of its coffees. It was acquired by Nobletree Coffee farms in 2013 from its owner, Marco Suplicy. The farm went through reorganisation and in 2017 began to reap its new fruit. As the older sections of the farm are being renovated, the focus is now on sustainability.
The farm currently has 40 different varieties of coffee that are tested and tasted to find the best coffee and improve the next harvests. Fazenda Santa Izabel adopts good socio-environmental practices and preserves the quality of each crop. The farm provides courses and workshops for small producers in the region, strengthening their relationships and helping them find the best buyers.
