Located in the northeast of the State of Sao Paulo, The Alta Mogiana region comprises of 60 thousand hectares dedicated exclusively to coffee production.

This coffee is decaffeinated using the sugar Cane Decaf Method. It is a natural, eco-friendly, and solvent-free method that uses ethyl acetate (E.A.)—derived from fermented sugarcane to remove the caffeine. It involves steaming green coffee beans to open pores, soaking them in E.A. to bind and extract caffeine, and steaming again to remove residual E.A., resulting in a flavour-packed cup.
