“Fantastic” is the word that defines this lot — with citrusy and delicate notes, this coffee was born to be enjoyed in filtered preparations and by discerning palates that truly appreciate unique experiences!

Ana Carolina and Lucas are the proud producers of this lot, which comes from their very first harvest. They are very proud that the first fruit of their work has resulted in such high quality and dedication, and they look forward to building a long and lasting relationship!

Ana Carolina Domingos is a dedicated agronomist and the third generation to carry forward her family’s farming legacy in the lush highlands of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Her greatest inspiration is her 8 year old daughter - instilling the values of self-sufficiency, resilience, and a deep connection to the land.

This coffee, from her very first harvest of the Paraíso variety, is a true labour of love. That it earned recognition in a competition held by the Cooperativa Agropecuária de Campos Altos makes it all the more meaningful - a proud milestone in a story rooted in tradition, passion, and purpose.
