Breathe, Sauna & Swim

What a great morning we had! Thanks to everyone who showed up on the day.

Thanks to Tony from Burke Body Shop who brought everyone through their guided breathwork and meditation. Thanks to Sean from Seaview Sauna's for the use of his Sauna's. Thanks to Lindsay from Ariosa Coffee for organising this charity event for Meath Women's Refuge. We are still collecting and will have a final count over the next week or so.
