Arthur Muriconi, owner of Sitio Cervinho is from Espirito Santo do Pinhal in Sao Paulo, but his farm lies just over the state border in Ouro Fino, Minas Gerais. It encompasses 6 hectares in total, which is around 9000 trees.
Despite the suggestion of urban dwelling, he grew up in a family that has always had its history in the coffee fields. His Great Grandfather worked with coffee and was a rural producer, so Arthur was always involved in the coffee field and it is from here his interest in speciality coffee arose.
Arthur started studying about specialty coffees, taking a sensory course, a specialty coffee course and in 2020 together with his father he bought a place to put into practice the realization of a dream.
